Take advantage of the extraordinary separation power offered by sub-2 μm packed columns with PLATINblue ultra high performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) systems. Optimized for UHPLC, PLATINblue systems can also be configured for use with conventional HPLC columns, making PLATINblue an excellent investment for any laboratory. Modern technology for high performance and practical design are prominent features of the Smartline series of HPLC instruments. Its thoughtful design not only conserves valuable bench space, but also allows the length of the capillaries between instruments to be kept to a minimum, resulting in a marked decrease in the dead volume of the complete HPLC system. The display panel is integrated into the front door which hides components such as the pump head and flow cell from view. These important elements are also thereby protected against external influences.

AZURA Purification Bio LC 10 system

Azura Purification Bio LC 10 system is a low pressure gradient (LPG) system for the complex purification of biomolecules on a laboratory scale. All modules can be freely selected, so that for each claim the desired device configuration can be compiled. It is designed and optimized for routine analysis, method development or tasks requiring more than one separation column. The system proposal consists of a biocompatible buffer pump equipped with a quad low pressure gradient valve block, three freely configurable combination modules for sample injection, the column switching, for the peak parking, additional buffer and sample selection, fraction collection on a large scale, a UV/VIS detector, a high-precision online monitor for the measurement of conductivity and optionally the pH, and a fraction collector with or without cooling. The system may be controlled via software ClarityChrom. This software offers advanced algorithms for reliable and reproducible purification of the products.
